6. European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To qualify under this cooling-off period:

- Original designer packaging, tags, certificates, and proof of purchase must be included in the shipment.
